Overview

We are looking for a mobile expert who is passionate about helping people find the best solutions for their mobile needs. Our mission is to help our customers get the most out of their mobile devices and make smart decisions that will improve their lives. As a mobile expert, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through hands-on experience with an emphasis on data analytics, user research and other tools such as Google Analytics. You’ll also have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you’re constantly challenged by new challenges and opportunities.

Duties

Mobile experts are responsible for delivering mobile solutions to customers in the field. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors and other stakeholders. The mobile expert is also responsible for providing technical support services that enable our customers to make decisions about how they can use their devices. This includes designing, building, testing and supporting new mobile applications as well as managing customer needs through user experience management, data entry and reporting.

Detailed job duties include:

  • Provide technical support to the mobile expert team.
  • Ensure that all mobile experts are working on their assigned projects and have an understanding of how they can be deployed in different locations.
  • Work closely with our clients as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality customer service through effective collaboration across multiple teams.

Qualification

  • Must be able to work in an office environment
  • Experience with the use of GPS systems
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
