Duties
The mortgage closer is responsible for closing and completing all mortgage loan applications. The person in this position will be responsible to close the home of an individual with a high level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail in order to ensure that our clients are satisfied with their purchase or sale.
Detailed job duties include:
- Close mortgage loans.
- Ensure that all loan documents are completed accurately, timely and in accordance with the lender’s instructions.
- Maintain accurate records of closing transactions including but not limited to credit report, appraisal reports, bank statements, etc.
- Assign renewal applications for approval by lenders.
Qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as mortgage closer
- Must be able to work in an office environment
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills
