Duties

The office worker is responsible for the daily cleaning of office areas, including but not limited to sweeping and mopping floors, dusting furniture and vacuuming. Duties include cleaning offices in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as assisting other employees on their duties by performing various tasks. It will be important to maintain a clean work area while maintaining proper safety standards at all times and perform any additional duties assigned by supervisor/manager when needed.

Detailed job duties include:

  • Perform daily office duties including cleaning, sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Clean windows in offices as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area by vacuuming, dusting, polishing furniture, etc.
  • Assign supplies to assigned areas for use or repair and clean desks/office equipment according to the standards set forth by management on an ongoing basis.
  • Work with other employees to ensure that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently while maintaining high quality customer service at all times.

Qualification

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must have the ability and willingness for work in all weather conditions
  • The employee is responsible for maintaining a safe environment at all times while performing their duties as assigned by management
