Duties

The operations assistant is responsible for the daily operations of a large, multi-site office. This includes scheduling and organizing work, managing staff schedules and maintaining records in order to ensure that all tasks are completed on time while meeting deadline requirements. Will be responsible for maintaining accurate logbooks/records or other documents required by law including but not limited to payroll processing, billing and inventory control.

Detailed job duties include:

  • Perform daily operations of the office, including assisting with maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure that all equipment is in working order to meet company standards for quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records on work orders and maintain inventory levels as required by departmental policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to operations managers during emergency situations.
  • Manage OPM staffing needs through training programs.

Qualification

  • Must be able to work in an office environment
  • Ability and willingness to learn new skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 2 years(Required).
