We are a growing, family-owned organization that is looking for an individual to join our team. Our goal is to provide the best possible experience and service in all aspects of organizing events including planning, scheduling, managing meetings and booking meeting rooms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping people organize their event by providing them with great customer service while also being flexible enough to work on multiple projects at once. This position requires excellent communication skills as well strong organizational skills.

Duties

The organizer is responsible for the organization of all events, including but not limited to: meetings, conferences and trade shows. This position requires an individual who can work independently or as part of a team with other members of the organization. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and possess strong organizational skills.

Detailed job duties include:

  • Organize every detail of client events.
  • Assist with organizing, planning and scheduling meetings to ensure that all activities are organized.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies needed by each event as well as assisting with other tasks assigned by management or supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate records regarding attendance/reporting information from vendors.
