Overview
We are a growing food and beverage company that is looking for an experienced produce associate to join our team. The person in this position will be responsible for the production of all products in our facility including produce, meats, cheeses, pastas, salads and sandwiches. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers as well as strong organizational skills. You should also possess good interpersonal skills which include working effectively with others on multiple projects at once.
Duties
As a product associate, you will be responsible for selling in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as USDA regulations. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to work independently is required. This position requires an individual who can perform duties that are consistent with company standards while maintaining high levels of quality control.
Detailed job duties include:
- Ensure that all orders are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain inventory of produce for production at the plant by checking stock levels daily and verifying that products are being processed before shipping into the field or warehouse as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the building including but not limited to floors, walls, windows, doors, furniture, fixtures, equipment, restrooms, etc.

- Ability and willingness to learn new skills, both technical and non-technical
