Overview
We are a growing company that is looking for talented individuals to join our team. Our production associates work in the manufacturing industry. The person in this position will be responsible for producing high quality products with excellent customer service skills as well as providing exceptional support on all aspects of product development. The production associate must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal and have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels within the organization.
Duties
The production associate is responsible for the production of a variety of products. This includes packaging, assembly and shipping products to warehouses or distribution centers. May also be required to handle all aspects of manufacturing operations, including maintenance, repair and installation on equipment.
Detailed job duties include:
- Perform daily production tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained, cleaned,and ready for use.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed on time and within budget.
- Work closely with other departments/team members to maintain high levels of productivity while maintaining an excellent working environment.
Qualification
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills, both technical and non-technical
- Must have the ability/willingness to take on additional tasks as needed or requested by supervisors when necessary
- Strong communication skills with customers (both written and verbal) including customer service orientation is required for this position
