Overview
We are a fast-growing manufacturing company that has been in business for over 30 years. Our production team is dedicated to providing quality services and the highest level of customer satisfaction. The production specialist will be responsible for all aspects of our production process, including product selection, packaging, assembly, finishing and shipping.
Duties
The individual in this position will be responsible to ensure that all product lines are produced in accordance with company standards, specifications, quality control procedures, safety regulations and other applicable laws/regulations. In addition, this individual must have experience working on various types of materials, including sheet metal, plastic, glass and wood.
Detailed job duties include:
- Perform all aspects of the production process.
- Ensure that work is completed in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure proper documentation for each job performed.
- Maintain an efficient working environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a production specialist with an emphasis on manufacturing, production management and quality control
- Experience working at the plant level is preferred but not required for this position
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality
